General Terms
Tech 360 offers a single hourly rate for all onsite, workshop, and remote services so you know exactly what to expect on your bill. Our rates are extremely competitive and we think you will find they are the best rates available for professional IT services.

- We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard using a mobile eftpos machine!
Terms and Conditions
Onsite service minimum charge is 45 minutes ($60.00). Any additional time is charge at $20.00 per 15 minute block or part thereof ($80.00 per hour). Workshop service has a minimum charge of 0.5 hours ($40.00) and a maximum labour charge of 2.5 hours ($200.00) per booking. After hours (MON-FRI: before 8.30am, after 5.00pm. SAT:Before 9.00am and after 1.00pm. SUN: any time) the rate changes to $100.00 per hour. No callout fees for approved areas only (must be within 20 kms of Tech 360 workshop - Gilston, QLD). Fixed or it's free offer does not apply when it is not actually possible to perform the repair or service due to circumstances outside the control of the Tech 360 engineer (eg. PC is too old to get parts for, or customer has given inaccurate description of service requirements). All pricing exludes GST as Tech 360 does not charge GST.

| Laptops and Netbooks |
Warranty terms on laptops and netbooks will vary depending on the make and model, however Tech 360 generally uses only Asus laptops and netbooks which come with a 2 year global manufacturer warranty. If you are unsure of the warranty terms for your particular laptop, please contact us.
Tech 360 provides a standard 12 month return-to-base warranty on all laptops regardless of make or model. After the initial standard 12 month warranty expires the manufacturer warranty comes into effect. For information and claims on the Asus manufacturer warranty please visit the Asus support site. |

The warranty terms on hardware devices, cables, peripheral devices, tablet devices, and mobile devices vary depending on make and model. For any warranty related enquiries please contact us. You will need to provide details of the type of product you have purchased and the make and model of the product. You will also need to provide a copy of your original invoice before we can start to process your warranty claim. |
