| Laptops and Netbooks |
Warranty terms on laptops and netbooks will vary depending on the make and model, however Tech 360 generally uses only Asus laptops and netbooks which come with a 2 year global manufacturer warranty. If you are unsure of the warranty terms for your particular laptop, please contact us.
Tech 360 provides a standard 12 month return-to-base warranty on all laptops regardless of make or model. After the initial standard 12 month warranty expires the manufacturer warranty comes into effect. For information and claims on the Asus manufacturer warranty please visit the Asus support site. |

The warranty terms on hardware devices, cables, peripheral devices, tablet devices, and mobile devices vary depending on make and model. For any warranty related enquiries please contact us. You will need to provide details of the type of product you have purchased and the make and model of the product. You will also need to provide a copy of your original invoice before we can start to process your warranty claim. |
