Your Monthly Report
You will receive a report each month (or at whatever interval you choose) documenting:
- Maintenance tasks performed.
- Any issues that have been identified.
- Updated system audit that reflects any hardware or software changes in your systems.
- Hardware, software, and device upgrade recommendations.
If any critical issues are identified we will give you a call to discuss the issue and the possible solutions.
Customised Maintenance
We can also tailor a maintenance plan to your organisation’s specific hardware, software, and network requirements.
Note: Above pricing is per workstation or server. For example, if you have 3 workstations ($120 per month) and 1 server ($100.00 per month) then the total cost of your maintenance plan would be $220.00 per month.
